Surrounded by professionally-manicured grounds that feature statues, walking paths, and a gazebo, Heritagespring is a Transitional Care destination for those needing specialized attention on a short term on continuing basis.
Heritagespring’s therapists and caregivers provide individualized care plans for each of our Transitional Care patients. The facility encompasses both a residential area and a separate rehab center. Within the facility, you’ll find a chapel, Starbuck’s, beauty shop, and a family guest room. And don’t be surprised to hear happy children’s voices; there’s a Montessori school within our facility.

I-71 Northbound: Take Western Row Rd./Kings Island Drive exit (exit 24). Go west (turn left). Go straight on Western Row Rd. Bear to the right. DO NOT turn. The road becomes Tylersville Rd. Stay on Tylersville Rd. until Butler Warren Rd. Turn right. At Mason Rd., turn left. Heritagespring is located approximately ¼ miles away on the right, across from Voice of America Park.
I-71 Southbound: Take the OH-471 N/Kings Mill Rd. West (exit 25B) towards Mason. Go west onto OH-471/Kings Mills Rd. and follow for approximately ¾ of a mile. Turn left onto Kings Mills Rd. and follow for approximately 1 ½ miles. Turn right. Stay on Tylersville Rd. until Butler Warren Rd. At Mason Rd., turn left. Heritagespring is located approximately ¼ mile away on the right across from Voice of America Park.
I-75: Take the Tylersville Rd. Exit (exit 22) toward Hamilton/Mason. Turn east on Tylersville Rd. and follow for approximately ½ mile. Turn left onto Cox Rd. and follow for approximately 1 mile.
