The Ft. Thomas Campus of Living is comprised of the Barrington of Ft. Thomas, an Independent and Assisted Living community, and Highlandspring , a Transitional Care center.
Together, the two facilities provide a continuum of care. Residents of the Barrington can take advantage of the services and staff of Highlandspring. Conversely, individuals who take advantage of Highlandspring for rehabilitation or nursing services may find that the Barrington offers a convenient independent or assisted living solution.

The Ft. Thomas Campus of Living is located at 960 Highland Ave., Ft. Thomas, KY 41075
From I-475: Take exit 2 (St. Rt. 27, the Ft. Thomas/Southgate exit). Turn west from the exit onto Alexandria Pike. Go to Highland Ave. and turn right. The Ft. Thomas Campus of Living is 2/10 of a mile on the right, between the Campbell County Public Library and Good Shepherd Pelletier.
